Shows and venues in Jeddah
Jeddah hosts trade shows that draw exhibitors from inside and outside the Kingdom, including Foodex Saudi for food and beverage and Jeddah Construct for construction, both at the Jeddah International Exhibition & Convention Center (JIECC). The city also holds large events at venues such as the Jeddah Superdome, plus forums and launches in hotel and conference venues.

Building in another city: how we plan it
Delivering a stand in Jeddah from a Riyadh-based team takes different planning from a local show. We design the stand to be built in modules that travel and assemble quickly, and keep a detailed packing list for every piece so nothing is missing in the hall. The schedule includes road transport between the two cities, and our installation crew stays on site until handover.
Where it makes more sense to source some items in Jeddah itself, such as rental furniture or some print, we say so in the quote so you know where every line comes from.
What Jeddah shows need
Food and beverage is strongly represented at Jeddah shows, and those stands often need display fridges, tasting areas and stock storage, with finishes that are easy to clean. We plan visitor flow around tasting areas and the position of power and water where the show provides them. Building-materials stands depend on showing samples at full size, so we design walls and fixtures that carry the weight and light the samples properly.
Transport and packing
The distance between Riyadh and Jeddah means the stand spends many hours on the road before it is built. So we wrap painted surfaces, acrylic and print carefully, number every piece in build order, and load the truck so the first pieces needed come off first. We carry spares of the parts most likely to be damaged, so work in the hall never stops over a single piece.
Schedule and planning
Because fabrication happens before transport, we need design sign-off well ahead of the show. Contact us as soon as your space is booked and send the exhibitor manual and move-in times, so we can build a schedule backwards from opening day: approval, fabrication, transport, installation.
